Ever feel like your son has more fashion sense than you? Well if that’s the case, indulge your mini trendsetter with the Lapa Polo from the Tea Collection.
Founded in San Francisco in 2002 and inspired by classic Asian styles and colors, Tea had the vision of combining worldwide cultures and modern design to children’s fashion—kinda wish you’d thought of that concept, huh? Each season the Tea team embarks on a journey to an exotic location to become inspired for their next children’s clothing designs. And we think the travels are doing them quite well.
The Lapa Polo is part of Tea’s 10th anniversary collection (and they said it wouldn’t last), inspired by their travels to Brazil. The polo is named after a neighborhood in Rio famous for its lively nightlife and history.
With an all-over multi-colored dot print (which looks uber cool and retro), this is one polo your kid can wear casually with a pair of shorts, or dress up with his favorite pants. It’s also made from 100% cotton so it’s soft on his skin and comfy to wear all day (no more “it’s so itchy, I can’t wear it. Moooooom, it’s itchy…”). Just pop on his fedora and shades and he’s ready to hit the playground.
