Similar to the pair of Boo! Leg Huggers recently featured on Nerdy With Children, these delightfully ghoulish seasonal leg warmers are covered in multicolored human skulls. Spooky! Even though we’ve already celebrated the rising of dead souls to Earth, and party-heartied with zombies and witches and Dracula, what better way to alleviate the stress of keeping your demon children warm during the rest of autum/winter, than a pair of Day of the Dead-themed leg huggers?
From Huggalugs, the company with the cutest name in the leg hugging industry, the sugary-sweet skeletal designs of the Skull Leg Huggers are so frightening that they’re actually adorable. This is not an easy thing to do. The attention to detail, the vibrancy of colors, and the realism of what we look like without skin (just kidding) is exceptionally displayed and worthy of a thumbs up from crazy shock rockers like Marilyn Manson and Alice Cooper, who’ve built their reputations on their love of the dead.
So as we patiently wait for the 31st to enter our lives once again, all creepy and disturbing-like, we look fondly back on how we prepared our tiny pumpkins for the big day by exposing them to non-stop horror movie marathons like this, that, and maybe this as well. And we can continue to teach them the history of gothic rock, all while they lounge around in their jaunty/terrifying skull huggers — I mean leg huggers. That’s TOTALLY what I meant.
