Every young wizard knows it’s not the best fate to be on the bad side of the Daily Prophet’s news; it gets a lot more difficult to move around unseen in the wizarding world when everyone knows to be on the lookout for you. Such was the fate of Harry in The Deathly Hallows, but you’ve got kids, so it’s likely you probably already watched the films and read the books more times than you care to admit.
If your family is a huge fan of the Potter franchise, they can have their own piece of unique memorabilia straight from the people who designed the films’ original art. Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima, the graphic designers for Harry Potter film series, opened The Printorium to give die-hard fanatics a place to purchase collectible fine art prints from the source. “MinaLima developed the visual style across all eight films and helped inspire joy and wonder with the creation of hundreds of unique graphic prop designs.”
The Daily Prophet print was originally made as a prop poster for the film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows –Part 1, detailing how Harry became Ministry of Magic’s most wanted, but now a limited edition print of this newspaper can make its way into your kid’s room. Each of the pieces have a unique number (out of 1000), and is printed on high-quality Hahnemule art paper.
This spectacular print taken straight from the Harry Potter universe makes a fantastic gift for any little wizard!
